ICON is proud to introduce a range of 4.5-inch Complete Suspension System "Stage" kits for 2021 and newer Ford F150. All of these kits feature performance-proven ICON 2.5 Vehicle Series Front Coilovers and Rear Shocks, Tubular Front Upper Control Arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO, and Ductile Iron Steering Knuckles.
Each of these Stages comes with ICON engineered Ductile Iron steering knuckle for improved ball joint angles. All Stages feature ICON 2.5 VS Front Coilovers which provide a 20% increase in travel over stock while imparting superior ride quality and off-road handling. ICON Vehicle Series shocks are custom-tuned for each specific vehicle application to maximize suspension performance. All stages also feature ICON Tubular Front Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint Pro to provide bind-free travel as well as castor correction to maintain superior drivability.

Stage 1
Our basic 4.5-inch performance stage for the F150, featuring internal reservoir front coilovers, 2.0 rear shocks, tubular UCAs with the Delta Joint Pro, and ductile iron front steering knuckles.

Stage 2
Stage 2 ups the ante with the addition of 2.5 VS rear shocks with piggyback reservoirs. The increased fluid capacity and surface area will provide superior heat dissipation.

Stage 3
Stage 3 is a balanced system with front and rear reservoirs for increased shock fluid capacity. The improved heat dissipation will maintain damping performance through longer, faster, rougher off-road sections without fading.

Stage 4
Stage 4 lets you dial in your suspension performance with ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) on each shock, allowing manual adjustability at all four corners.

Stage 5
Stage 5 has the incredible CDEV system, ICON's award-winning technology for electronically controlling shock performance, on the fly and with lightning-fast, reactive adjustment. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system reacts to G-inputs and commands shock adjustments in milliseconds to react to any situation in real-time.
