These kits use high-quality Koyo/Timken bearings and races and include carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, a pinion seal, a complete shim kit, ring gear bolts, a pinion nut, a crush sleeve (if applicable), oil baffles and slingers (if applicable), thread locking compound, marking compound with brush, and a gasket. Yukon Bearing Installation Kits (BK)
Yukon Bearing Installation Kits are perfect for shops and builders who have shims on the shelf and are looking to save money versus purchasing a Master Overhaul Kit. Kits include carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, pinion seal, crush sleeve, marking compound and brush. Some kits include differential gaskets as well.
Yukon Pinion Installation Kits (PK)
Yukon Pinion Installation Kits are designed for ring and pinion gear set installations on lower mileage vehicles where the carrier bearings and races can be reused. These kits include pinion bearings and races, pinion seal, a complete pinion shim kit, and marking compound with brush.
Yukon Carrier Installation Kits (CK)
Yukon Carrier Installation Kits are a convenient and low-cost solution for carrier changes in situations where one is upgrading to a positraction limited slip differential, a mechanical locker, or an air operated locker. These kits contain carrier bearings and races and a carrier shim kit.
Yukon Minimum Installation Kits (MK)
Yukon Minimum Installation Kits, or mini-kits, are a low-cost solution for gear changes in newer vehicles where the both the pinion and carrier bearings can be reused. Generally, these kits include a pinion seal, axle seals, crush sleeves, a complete shim kit, marking compound, and a brush.
