Product Details

The ICON 2.5” suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023-2024 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while improving ride quality and performance. This upgraded Stage 2 system is great for towing, rough construction site terrains, and country dirt roads all while keeping a smooth highway feel. ICON's Stage 2 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with gasoline engines, 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front and rear shocks, alignment cams for adding caster, and rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts for a more compliant ride and reduced axle wrap. ICON 2.5" piggyback reservoir shocks ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. With the endless hours ICON has spent testing and tuning our suspension components and shocks as a complete package, you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.

  • APPLICATION NOTE #157: Lift Heights Based On 4WD Crew Cab Gas
  • TECH NOTE: Replaces OE rear blocks for .5" of rear lift over stock on F-250. Lowers F-350 rear ride height by .5" compared to stock.
  • TECH NOTE: Compatible with 4WD models only
  • TECH NOTE: Trucks equipped with Tremor package with have front lift height of 1.5" over stock
  • TECH NOTE: Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped
  • TECH NOTE: Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models
  • TECH NOTE: Brake line kit (Part # 61111) is optional for end users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or are looking for a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)
  • TECH NOTE: ICON track bar bracket part # 64039 is also recommended to correct bump steer geometry
  • Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 35" x 12.50" (37" x 12.50" tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.)
